Daniel GiguèreDaniel Giguère is an associate
of 180 Systems operating in Quebec with his office in Montreal. For the last 10
years, Daniel has specialized in ERP, SCM and BI selection, implementation and
optimization. Daniel is a regular lecturer and writer on strategic IT planning,
ERP selection and business intelligence. Daniel has also worked as a senior
IT consultant at Ernst & Young whre he was involved in ERP project management
and business process improvement. He has assisted all size of companies ranging
from small to international ones. Prior to consulting practice Daniel has
occupied controller and internal auditing positions for medium and large organizations.
His duties included design and implementation of cost management systems, evaluation
of effectiveness, efficiency and savings related to processing procedures, implementation
of ERP systems, supervision of financial department and information system training. Daniel
is a member of the American Society for Resource Management (APICS), the Internal
Auditor Institut (CIA), the Federation Informatique of Quebec (FIQ) and the Project
Management Institute (PMI).
