Human Resource Management

Human Resource Management begins with a Human Resource Diagnostic, which includes a review and critique of every person and process under examination. The diagnostic process examines exactly what people do, why they do it, how they do it, whether they are the appropriate person to be doing it, whether they are adequately trained to do it, and whether they have the necessary tools to do it.

The Human Resource Diagnostic includes a look at whether the scope of the jobs and management's expectations have been documented and made abundantly clear to all, as well as the method for evaluating staff performance and providing feedback. The diagnostic also helps you pinpoint weaknesses in your management and staff infrastructure. While in some cases weaknesses can be overcome with coaching/training efforts or re-allocation of resources, sometimes the best solution for both employee and employer is to make changes.

We will place advertisements in the appropriate media, interview candidates, document our findings, present a comparative analysis to management, coordinate corporate interviews, and assist in the final selection process and compensation package as required.
