180 Systems consultants require extensive experience in the services we provide as well as expertise in specific industries. Currently, our consultants also have the following qualifications:

  • PMI© Certified Project Managers who have achieved the project management profession’s most globally recognized and respected certification credential, having satisfied stringent education and experience requirements, passed the PMP Certification Examination, and committed to a Code of Professional Conduct.
  • Chartered Accountants who understand business, not just technology. We start with understanding your business objectives and will base our strategy on a solid business case. We know the information you need to make better management decisions.

We do not sell or implement any products. We do not accept any compensation for any referral. We are not tied to any vendor or reseller. We offer unbiased and totally independent advice.

Our expertise is based on experience across a variety of industries. We offer practical advice based on our extensive knowledge of systems, industries and best practices.

Business Case Approach

We believe you need a business case to invest in information technology. In some cases, the business case for replacement of an existing system is simple - the old system is no longer supported. But the costs may vary significantly across alternatives and it may not be clear which alternative is the best. We will assist in evaluating the business case for each alternative.

Alignment with corporate strategy

We start all our projects with an understanding of your Critical Success Factors (CSF's) - what you must do well in order to be successful.

Fixed Fee

We know what we are doing and will provide fixed fees for our projects. We charge based on time but never exceed the high end of our estimates no matter what the reason.
