business intelligence solution using OLAP technology from Cognos,
.Microsoft and others based on customer needs.
Industry Specific Solutions. Intellera has
pre-built OLAP cubes for accounting and legal firms as well as for
retail and wholesale distribution companies. Because of Intellera's
industry expertise, they already know the key performance indicators. The
predefined solutions can also be accompanied by a data warehouse.
Industry specific cubes. For example, Intellera has built cross
selling cubes that allow you to see the extent to which a firm’s existing
clients are using services outside their primary department. Other
examples include WIP, efficiency, profitability and staff utilization.
Integration. Intellera has already built the links with many of the
leading practice management systems for accountants (Creative Solutions,
CCH and Visual Practice Management) and lawyers (Elite and Solution6).

Savings. Extract, Transform and Load can be very
expensive. Intellera's value add is that it's already done because of
their existing integration and use of Microsoft's DTS services.
Report
Distribution. Intellera's report distribution tool, Courier, automates
report distribution to the right people at the right time with no
user intervention, includes
distribution options (HTML, PDF, Excel,
CSV… ), by e-mail or to a
web portal. And Courier is a server based
license with unlimited users, which can
significantly reduce the total cost of ownership for BI.
