We chose 180 Systems as they were highly recommended. They had good people, highly experienced, and they had worked with the partner in the past, so they topped the list and we engaged them. They provided us great support. Michael, helping us with negotiating the contract, I can tell you without him we wouldn’t have got through so quickly, and at the same time we got what we wanted. On implementation, Alex came in and managed the project and implementation, including complicated things we didn’t see at the beginning. Without 180 Systems, we would have blown the budget and not have what we wanted. Our experience was very very good, and we are looking forward to working with them again.
