We found 180 Systems to be very professional and experienced. They have a good understanding of systems, with vendors strengths and weaknesses. Where they added the most value, was having someone on the hook to manage, document the process and keep us on track. We could have possibly done that ourselves, but it was good to have someone else doing that so we could focus on our core business activities.
