The project was successful, and while we have strong internal experience with ERP implementations, what was essential this time was having dedicated, external project management. In previous implementations, we were able to free up internal resources, but given the scale of this project and competing priorities, that wasn’t possible here.
Having Alex and Nelofer from 180 Systems fully focused on project governance, tracking all action items, ensuring follow-through, managing dependencies, and reinforcing decisions made a significant difference. Even with prior Kinetic experience, the complexity of a project of this size benefits greatly from an external team that brings structure, discipline, and focus.
