Overall they were very organized and professional and kept everybody accountable. We were impressed with the consistent communications, and follow-ups were at a good consistent pace, with enough time for everyone to think about what needed to be done for the next meeting or milestone. Alex’s methods of tracking and communicating on tasks was really beneficial to the group. We’re looking forward to our second implementation with 180 Systems to build on the first.
