ERP System Review

BizPro-Vision is a cloud-based business management system developed by Aquilon Software. It is intended as a first ERP system for small and mid-sized companies moving beyond standalone accounting software, spreadsheets, and paper-based processes, but not requiring—and not able to reasonably absorb—the cost and complexity of an enterprise ERP platform. The system brings five areas of the business into one place: financial management, sales and order processing, purchasing and supplier management, inventory and distribution, and reporting and analysis. Because these areas share a single set of data, a single transaction updates the related records at the same time. A sales order commits stock, records the revenue and cost of goods, and updates the general ledger in the same step, removing the re-keying and reconciliation that disconnected systems require. BizPro-Vision is delivered as a fully managed cloud service. There are no servers to maintain and no version upgrades to manage. Implementation is guided rather than project-based: a Business Setup Manager and hands-on support assist with importing the chart of accounts and opening balances, customers, suppliers, and product records, and connecting existing sales, payment, and sales tax services.
