They were great and I would highly recommend them. I think their organizational skill and their expertise in the market of the software and dealing with vendors are strong points. They provided great support in the selection process. They have a really good system in place to evaluate the vendors’ systems against our key requirements. This helps shorten the cycle, and we quickly get clear on our requirements and ranking those requirements by importance. They were also great during the implementation in helping us move the project forward.
