Mark Vaughan brings over 20 years of experience in operations, IT leadership, and project management across manufacturing and distribution environments. His expertise centers on improving productivity, leading ERP and infrastructure initiatives, and guiding cross-functional teams through process transformation and technology implementation.
Mark has held senior leadership roles including VP Operations, Operations Manager, Project Manager, and IT Manager, where he oversaw large teams, managed enterprise systems such as JD Edwards, and delivered upgrades to manufacturing equipment, networks, and business applications. He is recognized for his process-oriented mindset, intuitive problem solving, and strong attention to detail.
Mark holds a Masters Certificate in Project Management from the Schulich School of Business along with additional leadership and IT management training from Queen’s University, and he remains focused on driving operational growth and continuous improvement within high-performing organizations.
