We found Michael very detailed and in a nice way a “pain in the ass”, he kept on building on the requirements more and more, willing to extract more at times for clarification. Challenges he had, the transportation industry has very limited opportunities for product selection. He could filter the vendors well through his methodology. They were great and I would highly recommend them. I think their organizational skill and their expertise in the market of the software and dealing with vendors are strong points. They provided great support in the selection process. They have a really good system in place to evaluate the vendors’ systems against our key requirements. This helps shorten the cycle, and we quickly get clear on our requirements and ranking those requirements by importance. I was happy to have the help, and they were very affordable compared to many of the alternatives in the US, and their background in accounting also comes in handy. They have a smart process, with a comprehensive list of all the different features we need based on business process reviews, and then asking ERP vendors to respond to an RFP.
